Lifestyle investors seeking to buy a luxury resort residence need to consider not only the existing environment today, but also in five to ten years time. Once these affluent prospects experience the true luxury island concept, they become keen buyers and are spurred by rental returns and capital appreciation,’ says David Simister, Chairman, CBRE Thailand & Cambodia.

“Phuket land prices have increased at least 20 times since the first condominiums and villas were sold and there is a clear attraction in entering emerging markets early.  At the same time their needs for a truly private and luxurious resort home are answered.”
